Heritage Railway Association meeting at the Ayrshire Preservation Group.

A number of the committee spent Saturday at a HRA meeting over at Dunaskin, the home of the Ayrshire Preservation Group. We were made very welcome and were given a tour of the site, which was interesting. There was also a meeting attending by most of the preservation groups in Scotland and a number of guest speakers. The meeting was informative and a great deal of useful points were gained. The centre has plenty to see and if you are in the Ayr region I would recommend a visit.

Up at Whitrope work was somewhat restricted by the poor weather, with just some site tiding carried out.
